Steve Shurtliff
A Montana native, and long-time Coloradan, Steve brings extensive project management experience to development projects with more than 20 years of project management experience in a variety of disciplines. Steve's main obligation for any development is to ensure buyers receive the best constructed home, as planned, on time, and for true value. Starting with the overall vision of a development, Steve will proactively manage the project from cradle to grave to ensure it is a success.
Justin Boehm
A Colorado native and true student of all things related to real estate. Justin grew up on the Southwest side of the Denver Metro area and continues to be inherent in the many secret and unique neighborhoods concealed within the beautiful landscape of Colorado. At 20 he was a first-time home buyer and by 38 he developed his first pair of duplexes. A licensed real estate agent since 2011, he has worked as a broker for both buyers and sellers and really understands clients and their interests. Justin continues to enhance his expertise by graduating from REGIS University with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Having been raised in Denver, Strawberry is celebrated for her comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of the region's real estate market. Strawberry's main goal is helping people and empowering them to live their lives to the fullest. She brings her passion for helping people find their ideal home into select, thoughtful and smartly designed residential development projects.
